Anyone else panicking about TOEFL Writing Task 2?

I’m super anxious about TOEFL Writing Task 2. What tips do you have that really helped you improve? I’ve been stuck at a low score, and I’m not sure how to make my essays more coherent and structured. Any advice on how to brainstorm or outline? I just want to make my writing sound more natural!
