Anyone else reusing their supplemental essays? How do you do it?

I've been working on my applications and I'm seriously considering reusing some of my supplemental essays. I know the prompts can be super similar across schools, but I’m not sure how to tweak them without sounding generic. Has anyone found an effective way to adapt their essays for different schools? Would love to hear your tips or experiences!
