How can I create a solid TOEFL preparation plan in just one month?

So here I am, one month away from my TOEFL test, and honestly, I’m starting to freak out. I want to nail this, but I have no idea how to structure my study time effectively. Has anyone created a month-long TOEFL prep plan that actually worked for them?

I’m particularly worried about balancing all four sections: reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Any tips on how to allocate my time and focus on my weaknesses? Should I do practice tests every week, or is it better to dive deep into individual sections first?

Would love to hear from anyone who’s been in this spot!
