So, I was all set to submit my Common App and then realized I had a super small mistake in my activities section. I rushed through the character limits and ended up with a couple of descriptions that sounded like gibberish.
One activity listed completely random keywords and made it sound like I did a ton of things, but in reality, it was just a few related tasks. To fix it, I read the activities section out loud, which helped me catch the weird phrasing and make everything flow better.
If you’re close to submitting, definitely take this extra step. It'll save you from looking awkward on your application!
