Band 4.0

The first objective of science should be improvement of public lives. The provided statement is correct according to my point of view, public lives get better with development of science feild. When we consider about the world history, many people had been died with some disease conditions which are spread throughout communities. One of best examples of science helping people is modern medicine. In the past, doctors had less knowledge about diseases and many people could not get good treatment. Now, scientists study germs and make medicines and vaccines. They also use machines to find illness earlier. Because of this, people can receive help and live more comfortable lives. This show that science can solve serious problems and it is very useful for public.

Science also improve lives outside hospitals. New technology make communication faster and allow people to learn from different places. Farmers can use better tools to grow food, and engineers can make safer buildings and transport. These developments can save time and help communities. For example, a person can use a phone to contact family or get important information. Science can also help with basic needs. Research can make clean water easier to provide and help people understand how to protect themselves from illness. This is important because communities need both medical care and safe conditions to live well.

However, not every development is good. Some inventions can damage the environment or be used in harmful way. Scientists and governments should think carefully about the effects before using new discoveries. The main purpose should still be helping people, not only making money or creating powerful machines. In conclusion, I agree science should mainly improve people's lives because it supports health, education and daily activities. Although it can bring some problems, responsible use of scientific knowledge can reduce these risks.

Targeted Improvement Tips

1
Develop one medical example in more detail: explain the problem, how scientific research helps, and the resulting benefit to people.
2
Use one main claim in each body paragraph, then make every example clearly support that claim rather than listing several benefits.
3
Proofread specifically for subject–verb agreement, past-tense verb forms and spelling; check examples such as “This show,” “had been died” and “feild.”
