Has anyone else been hunting for SAT reading and writing tips and finally found a routine that actually sticks? What helped me most was stopping random practice and getting weirdly specific about my mistakes.
For Reading, I started forcing myself to underline the exact line that proved my answer. If I could not point to evidence, I was usually guessing. For Writing, I made a tiny checklist: punctuation, verb tense, pronouns, and sentence placement. That alone caught a lot of dumb misses.
The biggest change was reviewing slower. I used to just check the right answer and move on. Now I write why my choice was wrong in one sentence. It is annoying, but my accuracy got way better after a couple weeks.
Also, doing short timed sets felt better than one huge exhausting session.
