4c. Payouts & Security Policy
Strict compliance and data protection guidelines
Account Protection
- •Security Code for sensitive actions: an extra code is mandatory for withdrawals, transfers, and vault operations. Top-ups do not require this extra code, while account protection remains in effect.
- •No Card Storage: We do not store full credit card numbers in plain text. Cards are encrypted and used securely solely as destination methods for payout requests.
Withdrawal Guidelines
- •100% Manual Review: There are ZERO automated withdrawals on Hack Admission. Every single payout request is manually checked and approved by the finance and security team.
- •Processing Time: Due to strict moderation and risk-checks, manual withdrawals are processed on set days (Mondays and Thursdays).
4b. Balance Access by Status
Which operations are available at each community level
Educational Platform Policy: Hack Admission operates as a dedicated educational services platform. Balance features are structured to reflect this purpose and to ensure compliance with payment processing provider requirements. These rules exist to protect users and the platform, not to restrict legitimate educational activity.

Paid IELTS AI plans, credits, and subscriptions are generally non-refundable once purchased or activated. Core free access is available without a time-limited trial, so users can evaluate the product before paying. Exceptions may apply where required by law, App Store or Google Play policy, or when we correct a confirmed billing error.
Use of learning data for service operation and quality
Answers, essays, audio, transcripts, scores, AI feedback, and usage events are processed to operate IELTS features, analyze quality, and prevent abuse. We do not use identifiable learning content to train public AI models without a separate notice or consent where required by law.
Where practical, we use aggregated or de-identified data. Payment data is not used for model training, and personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy.
