Is my personal statement too generic? Need advice!

I’m really stressed about my personal statement for college. I’ve been told it should really reflect who I am, but my experiences seem pretty ordinary—like working part-time and volunteering. I’m worried that my story won’t stand out. Do you think it’s more about the experiences I choose or how I write about them? Any tips or personal examples would be super helpful!
