one month TOEFL preparation plan - is this realistic?

I need a one month TOEFL preparation plan and I am trying to figure out if mine is realistic or if I am setting myself up to burn out. My test is in about 4 weeks, and when I search TOEFL preparation plan one month, a lot of schedules look good on paper but feel impossible with classes.

Right now my idea is:

  • Week 1: learn the format and do a diagnostic test
  • Week 2: focus mostly on reading and listening because those take me the longest
  • Week 3: daily speaking practice and 3 writing tasks
  • Week 4: full practice tests and review weak areas

I can study around 2 hours on weekdays and maybe 4 on weekends. My biggest issue is speaking because I freeze when the timer starts, and for writing I usually run out of time on the independent task.

Does this seem balanced, or should I be practicing all 4 sections every day instead of splitting by week? Also if anyone followed a one-month plan and improved, what did your daily routine actually look like?

I am not aiming for a perfect score, just something competitive for admissions, so I want the most efficient plan instead of the most intense one.
