I was doing a Bluebook module last night and somehow spent like 3 minutes on one grammar question because I convinced myself every answer sounded "kind of right." If anyone has actual SAT reading and writing tips, especially for the questions where two choices feel correct, please help.
My main issue is that on SAT Reading and Writing I either rush and miss details or go too slow and run out of time. For reading, inference and command of evidence are annoying me. For writing, punctuation and sentence placement are the ones I keep missing.
What helped you improve the fastest?
- Did you use a specific strategy for eliminating answer choices?
- Did you memorize grammar rules first or learn through practice?
- How many questions would you do per day without burning out?
Would really appreciate anything practical that worked for you.
