TOEFL or IELTS: Which is less nerve-wracking for the speaking test?

Okay, so I was in the same boat a few months ago, trying to decide between the TOEFL and IELTS. Speaking is honestly my weakest area, and just thinking about speaking in front of an examiner for IELTS made me super anxious. I found out that with the TOEFL, you record your answers into a microphone, which seemed less intimidating for me.

Has anyone else felt the same about the speaking section? From what I gathered, TOEFL gives you a more controlled environment, while IELTS feels more like a real-life conversation but might add some pressure with the examiner. What did you all choose and why?

Any tips or experiences would help!
