TOEFL preparation plan one month: is 30 days actually enough?

Has anyone followed a TOEFL preparation plan one month before and gotten a decent score? I have about 30 days left, and I am trying to figure out if a one month TOEFL study plan is realistic or if I am setting myself up to panic at the end.

My current level is kind of mixed. Reading is usually okay, listening depends a lot on the topic, speaking is definitely my weakest section, and writing is somewhere in the middle. I can study around 2 to 3 hours on weekdays and more on weekends, but I also have classes, so I need something structured.

What I am stuck on is how to divide the month without wasting time. Would you do something like:

  • week 1: understand format + find weaknesses
  • week 2: focus on speaking and listening
  • week 3: timed practice for all sections
  • week 4: full tests + review mistakes

Or is it better to practice all 4 sections every day?

I would really appreciate advice from anyone who improved in a short time, especially if you used a TOEFL study plan for 30 days. Also, for speaking, did daily recording actually help, or is there a better way to improve fast?

If you have a simple routine that worked, please share it because right now I keep making schedules that look good for one day and then completely fall apart.
