TOEFL vs IELTS: Which test feels less intimidating for speaking?

I was super stressed about the speaking part because, honestly, talking to a stranger in person is tough for me. I tried both TOEFL and IELTS. With TOEFL, you're speaking into a microphone, but for IELTS, you’ve got an examiner right in front of you. Can anyone share their experience on which felt easier, especially if speaking makes you nervous? I’m aiming for the option that’s less stressful for my prep.
