Which one is less stressful, TOEFL or IELTS?

Hey guys! I'm really torn between choosing TOEFL and IELTS. I'm super nervous about speaking, and I've heard that TOEFL has you talking into a microphone while IELTS is face-to-face with an examiner. For those who have experienced both, which test would you say is easier for someone who struggles with speaking? I'm looking for the option that feels less daunting!
