The plans presented below illustrate the transformations that occurred in a theater between 2010 and 2012. The two layouts exhibit notable differences in the distribution of facilities, with several areas undergoing significant changes. One of the most prominent alterations is the reorganization of administrative and media facilities. In 2010, the storage area occupied the upper left-hand corner, while the media room and stage occupied the space across the top and middle. The auditorium was below the stage, and the main entrance was at the bottom. The administrative office and ticket office were in the lower-left area, while a café was at the lower right.

By 2012, the layout had changed substantially. A hall had been added across the top, above the stage, while the media room had moved to the upper-left side. Storage was now at the upper right, opposite the media room, and showers had been added beneath the media room. The stage remained centrally located, with the auditorium directly below.

The lower facilities were also rearranged. The administrative office was positioned on the left, above the restaurants, and the ticket office had moved to the lower right. The café was replaced by restaurants on the lower-left side. The main entrance remained at the centre of the bottom edge. Overall, the main changes were the addition of a hall, showers and restaurants and the relocation of support facilities, while the stage, auditorium and entrance retained broadly similar positions.
