1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hack Admission, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, the Community Rules, and the guarantee terms if you purchase a participating plan. The platform provides IELTS and SAT preparation, Study Abroad/Admissions tools, an educational community, and marketplace services. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue using our platform.

2. Community Guidelines

To keep our admissions hub safe and productive:

• Respect other members' experiences and journeys.
• No spamming, misleading claims, or fake profiles.
• Constructive discussions only — admissions can be stressful, so keep it supportive.
• Do not share or request illegal services (e.g., fake documents, impersonation, or help evading exam rules).
• Do not create multiple accounts, share access, or alter activity logs, results, or files connected to learning or a guarantee claim.

3. Educational & Mentorship Services

Hack Admission offers IELTS and SAT courses, AI tools and feedback, Study Abroad tools, mentors, guides, and peer-to-peer support. Advice, tutoring, or services offered by users are provided independently under their own responsibility. AI estimates are not official results. We do not promise admissions, visas, scholarships, or a particular score, except for the separate conditional Premium refund program described on the guarantee page.

4. User Content & Privacy

You retain ownership of content you create, but grant Hack Admission a limited license to host, process, display, moderate, and back it up only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service. This includes IELTS/SAT answers, essays, audio, Study Abroad materials, and profile data you submit for a selected feature. Share sensitive information only at your discretion. 5. Payments, Balance & Marketplace Orders

Some features (including IELTS/SAT Premium, Study Abroad, statuses, and marketplace services) require payment. Before payment, the purchase screen shows the product, price, period, and renewal terms where applicable. Website payments are handled by the connected payment provider; in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google.

A conditional Premium refund for a result is available only for a participating plan and only when all conditions on the guarantee page are met. It is not a promise of a score and does not include exam fees, taxes, travel, marketplace services, or other products. App Store/Google Play purchase refunds are handled under the applicable store policy and law.

6. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service, disrupt the admissions community, or engage in fraudulent activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hack Admission is an educational platform, not a testing center or admissions agency. We do not guarantee admissions, visas, scholarships, or the accuracy of external services. AI feedback may contain errors. The separate guarantee program provides only a conditional refund of the participating Premium plan price and does not replace an official exam. Participation remains subject to applicable law and the terms of the specific product.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. The version shown at purchase controls an already purchased guarantee, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We will communicate material changes by available means. Continued use of the platform after notice indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
