In the recent years, it has been observed that many people were made choices to get professional degree. In this regard, some individuals believe that doctors and engineers are supposed to practice in their homeland while some think that they are free to make their choices as they want. I shed light on both views. On the one hand, doctors and engineers get training from their country, and they can help the people who live there. For example, a doctor can work in a hospital and give care to local people. If these professionals leave after their study, their country may have less workers. Also, the government or other people may spend money for their education, so it is fair that they give some service back. This is a important reason for them to stay, at least for a few years. On the other hand, every person should have freedom to choose where to work. Some people want to go to another country because there are more jobs or better salary. They can also learn new skills and meet different people. If they are forced to stay in one place, they may not be happy and they may not do their best work. Countries can also benefit when skilled workers move, because they can share their knowledge with other people. In my opinion, professionals should be free to work in another country, but they should think about the people who helped them to get trained. If they have received support from their government, they can work there for some time or help in another way. However, it is not right to make everyone stay in their training country for all their career. In conclusion, staying can help the home country, while moving can give professionals more opportunities. I believe that they should have a choice, and support for training can be repaid in fair ways.
