People believes on working areas of professionals such as doctors and engineers are a concentrated discussions agenda. Some people persist on working of these professionals in the country where they completed their educations meanwhile, others are opposite. This essay is going to briefly explain both views and recommendations. First, people who insists that professionals should work in the country where they studied say this is fair because the government and public may spend money to train them. If doctors and engineers leave quickly, local hospitals and companies can have less workers. People in small towns may also find it difficult to get medical help when there are not enough doctors. For this reason, these professionals should give something back to the country that helped them learn their jobs. However, other people believe that professionals should be free to choose where they work. They may get a better salary in another country, and this can help them to support their family. Also, some countries have better equipment and more chances to learn new skills. If workers are forced to stay, they may feel unhappy and they could not do their work well. In my opinion, professionals should have the freedom to work in another country if they wish. It is their own future and they have worked hard to get their qualifications. But governments can encourage them to stay by offering good pay and suitable equipment. This is better than forcing them, because a person who wants to work in a place may do a better job. In conclusion, one view says professionals should serve the country where they studied, while the other supports their freedom to work abroad. I believe they should be free to choose, although their home country can give them good reasons to remain.
