User Essay Analysis

Several people think that professionals like doctors and engineers supposed to be loyal to the country where they got trained. On the other hand, some people argue that, it means that they can pursue their dream career anywhere in this world. In my opinion, it would be great if those professionals could make a new life in another country if they find better opportunities. There are some reasons why a country may want trained professionals to stay. The government and public often pay for education and training, so it may seem fair that doctors and engineers work locally for a few years. This is especially important in places where hospitals or engineering projects do not have enough skilled workers. If many graduates leave immediately, local people can have difficulty getting medical care and important building work may be delayed.
However, forcing people to stay can also create problems. Professionals have their own goals and should be able to choose a place where they can earn more money, get experience and have a better life. For example, a doctor may want to work in a country with modern equipment, while an engineer can learn new methods from international companies. These experiences can help them become more skilled. If they are required to remain, some may feel unhappy and they may not do their work well.
I think professionals should be free to work in another country, but it is also important that they give something back to the place where they studied. The government can offer good salaries and working conditions, or ask them to work in local areas for a short period if this was agreed before their education. In conclusion, staying can help the country that paid for training, but professional choice is important. Therefore, they should not be forced to stay forever, and countries should encourage them with better opportunities.
