The alterations regarding the condition of paradise Island in the past and present is represented by the maps. Overall,it is crystal clear that maximum changes are at West direction and it was minimum at East direction. At a fleeting glance , in Paradise Island scientific research station is converted into swimming pool and hotel complex with additional visitor facilities nearby.
Overall, the island has been developed for visitor facilities, replacing the research station and removing the trees shown in the earlier plan. The beach, natural spring and rocks remain, while additional routes connect the new attractions.
Previously, a pier and boat were situated on the western shore. A scientific research station stood nearby, with groups of trees extending across the central area. The beach was in the northwest, the natural spring towards the east and the rocks in the northeast. Few built facilities were shown outside the station.
In the present layout, a hotel complex occupies the former research area and a swimming pool lies just to its north. An open restaurant stands in the centre, with a barbecue area nearby. A cafe has been added near the natural spring, and a scenic lookout is marked close to the northeastern rocks.
The western pier is larger and now serves a cruise ship rather than the smaller boat. Swimming is permitted at the retained beach. A cycle path and connecting routes link the facilities, including the hotel and the eastern attractions. These changes are concentrated around the former open and wooded areas.
